Quericore provides a free domain age checker tool and related services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Take any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service for commercial purposes ("screen scraping")

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and accurate domain age information through our tool. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

Accuracy of Information

Our domain age checker tool retrieves data from official ICANN RDAP servers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information will be 100% accurate or up-to-date. Domain registration data may be subject to privacy protection or may be incomplete due to registry policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quericore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Quericore makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quericore and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
